Hi guys, It’s the weekend yah! Just a quick post this morning due to the fact we are heading into Toronto for the evening. We are exploring the big bad city, finding a vegan restaurant for dinner and then catching some live music later on. we may also have a quick look at St Lawrence market.
Today’s breakfast consisted of a vegan strawberry smoothie. It contained fresh organic strawberries, coconut yoghurt, almond milk and a very ripe banana. Very quick and simple smoothie to make when you’re on the go.

- 8-10 Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1 very ripe banana
- cup of almond milk
Instructions
- Throw everything in a blender
- Blend until smooth
