Hi guys, rather quick post since it’s been a wonderful Victoria long weekend here in Southern Ontario. The weather has been glorious and we’ve been busy outside in the garden. Who wants to be inside when the weather is great outdoors! We’ve setup our gazebo, went for a bike ride and just relaxed in the sun.
Today’s breakfast was a very quick and easy mango strawberry smoothie. To me smoothies should be simple, just fresh fruits and maybe a little almond milk. This one was delicious! And of course a smoothie should be topped with fresh fruit!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe mango
- 5 large strawberries
- handful blueberries
- 6 tablespoons almond milk
- Place chopped mango, 1 banana and 3 tablespoons of almond milk in blender and blend till smooth. Pour into glass.
- Rinse blender. Place chopped strawberries, 1 banana and 3 tablespoons of almond milk in blender and blend till smooth. Pour into glass on top of mango mixture to create layers. Top with blueberries and strawberries.
