Apple and Raisin Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 red delicious apples cubed
  • 3 carrots shredded
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 ribs celery sliced
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 large orange, juiced
  • 2 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 5 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk your dressing ingredients together.
  2. Place chopped apples, raisins, celery and carrots in a bowl.
  3. Toss with dressing and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
