Breakfast Fruit and Nut Granola

Ingredients
  • 3 cups oats not instant
  • ½ cup almonds chopped
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cranberries
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • ¼ cup apricots chopped
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 300f
  2. In a large bowl put the oats, nuts, seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together.
  3. Add maple syrup and oil. Mix well together.
  4. Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes, giving it a stir after about 20 minutes.
  6. Leave granola to cool then add dried fruit.
  7. Store in air tight container.
