Breakfast Fruit and Nut Granola

Serves: 2 jars
- 3 cups oats not instant
- ½ cup almonds chopped
- ½ cup pecans chopped
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup unsweetened cranberries
- ¼ cup goji berries
- ¼ cup apricots chopped
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- Pre heat oven to 300f
- In a large bowl put the oats, nuts, seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together.
- Add maple syrup and oil. Mix well together.
- Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes, giving it a stir after about 20 minutes.
- Leave granola to cool then add dried fruit.
- Store in air tight container.
